Government prosecutors asked U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald to sentence former Primary Global Research consultant/expert, Tai Nguyen, to more than 4 years in prison. Nguyen also had his own one-man research firm, Insight Research, LLC. Judge Buchwald cut Nguyen a break, he got a year and one day. The sentence will allow Nguyen to earn "good time" off of his sentence meaning that he will serve about 85% of that term.
